Sending packages and envelopes between our offices: registration, rates, and pickup.
Visit any of our offices with your identity document and the package or envelope to be sent. We register the shipment with the sender's and recipient's details and give you a waybill with a tracking code.
The shipment travels in the hold of our buses to the destination office, where the recipient picks it up.
The rate depends on the type of shipment (envelope or package), its weight and volume, and the route. The exact cost is calculated at the office at the time of registration.
Fragile or high-value shipments may require special packaging and a declared value.
Yes. With your waybill code you can check the shipment's status: registered, in transit, or ready for pickup at destination. We also notify the recipient when their parcel arrives.
The recipient must present their physical identity document at the destination office; the name must match the one registered on the waybill.
If the recipient cannot pick it up, they may authorize a third party under the conditions of the parcel service (ask at an office).
We do not accept flammable or explosive items, illegal substances, weapons, undeclared cash, or perishable goods without proper packaging.
Every shipment may go through security checks; declaring the contents correctly is the sender's responsibility.
