Luggage

Each passenger may bring at no additional cost:

• 1 piece of hold luggage of up to 20 kg (a labeled suitcase or bundle).
• 1 carry-on of up to 5 kg that fits in the cabin's overhead rack.

When you check your luggage into the hold you will receive a claim tag: keep it, it is your receipt for picking it up at your destination.

Excess luggage is charged per additional kilo depending on the route, and its transport is subject to available space in the hold.

If you need to carry large bundles or merchandise, you are better off sending them as a parcel: it travels registered and with its own rate.

Yes, but always with you in the cabin, never in the hold. The company is not responsible for money, jewelry, electronic equipment, or undeclared valuables carried inside hold luggage.

Keep your valuables under your care throughout the trip, including at stops.

For the safety of all passengers, it is prohibited to transport:

• Flammable, explosive, or corrosive materials (including gas cylinders and fireworks).
• Firearms or bladed weapons without the corresponding legal authorization.
• Illegal or restricted-trade substances.
• Animals outside the conditions authorized for pets.
• Perishable goods without proper packaging that could affect the rest of the luggage.

Report it immediately to our staff at the arrival point, before leaving the terminal, presenting your luggage claim tag and your ticket.

A record of the incident will be made to start the search or assess compensation. If the loss is attributable to the company, the restitution set by article 76.2.12 of D.S. 017-2009-MTC applies, calculated on 25% of the ticket price according to the registered weight of the luggage (see the details in our Terms and Conditions).

Yes, subject to available space in the hold and payment of the corresponding fee. The bicycle must be packed (box or cover) to protect the rest of the luggage.

We recommend arranging it in advance by WhatsApp or at the terminal, especially on high-demand dates.
