Minors, pets, and special passengers

Minors must travel accompanied by their parents or by a responsible adult. If they travel with only one parent or with a third party, Peruvian law requires a notarized (or court-issued) travel authorization where applicable.

• Minor with both parents: the minor's DNI is enough.
• Minor with only one parent: the minor's DNI + a notarized authorization from the other parent (for interprovincial trips as required by law).
• Minor with a third party or traveling alone: the minor's DNI + a notarized authorization from both parents.

Children under 5 may travel on their responsible adult's lap without occupying a seat and at no cost (registration ticket). From age 5, or if they occupy a seat, they need their own ticket.

All passengers, including minors, must be registered with their identity document (the minor's DNI or birth certificate as applicable): regulations require them to appear on the passenger manifest.

Pet transport is subject to the conditions of the service: in general, small pets are accepted in a rigid, ventilated carrier, with an additional fee and prior notice, traveling in the bus's designated area.

Guide dogs for visually impaired passengers always travel with their owner in the cabin, at no cost, as required by law.

Yes. For pregnant travelers from 32 weeks onward, we recommend traveling with a medical fitness certificate and consulting your doctor beforehand, especially on long or high-altitude routes.

Ask for seats on the lower deck and close to the aisle for greater comfort; our staff will help you at boarding.

Under Ley N° 29973, persons with disabilities are entitled to preferential treatment at boarding and to travel with their mobility aids and guide dog at no additional cost.

Yes. When entering your details, choose passport (or foreign resident card) as your document type. On travel day, present the same physical, valid document you used to buy.

Remember that for routes with internal migration checkpoints you must carry your immigration documents in order.
