Travel by minors, pets on board, pregnant travelers, and passengers with disabilities.
Minors must travel accompanied by their parents or by a responsible adult. If they travel with only one parent or with a third party, Peruvian law requires a notarized (or court-issued) travel authorization where applicable.
The company may deny boarding if the minor's documentation is incomplete. If in doubt, ask us before your travel day.
Children under 5 may travel on their responsible adult's lap without occupying a seat and at no cost (registration ticket). From age 5, or if they occupy a seat, they need their own ticket.
All passengers, including minors, must be registered with their identity document (the minor's DNI or birth certificate as applicable): regulations require them to appear on the passenger manifest.
Pet transport is subject to the conditions of the service: in general, small pets are accepted in a rigid, ventilated carrier, with an additional fee and prior notice, traveling in the bus's designated area.
Guide dogs for visually impaired passengers always travel with their owner in the cabin, at no cost, as required by law.
Arrange your pet's trip in advance by WhatsApp: spots per service are limited.
