What our passengers ask the most.
Buying your ticket takes less than 5 minutes and you can do it from your phone or computer:
Keep the confirmation email: it includes your ticket with a QR code so you can board without printing anything.
As soon as your payment is confirmed, we send your e-ticket to the email address you provided at checkout. It includes your trip details, your seats, and a boarding QR code.
If you bought while signed in to your account, you will also find it always available under "My account → My trips", where you can download it as a PDF or show it straight from your phone.
Didn't get the email? Check your spam or promotions folder. If it is not there, contact us with your document number and we will resend it.
You can pay online with:
The availability of each method is shown at the time of payment.
Yes. If you request it 24 hours in advance or more, you can postpone your trip under the same conditions, paying only the issuance cost of the new ticket (it is your right as a consumer, Ley N° 29571). If the new date has a higher fare, you pay the difference; if it costs less, the difference is not refunded.
With less than 24 hours' notice you can still make changes, up to 6 hours before departure, subject to the conditions and penalties of your fare type.
All changes are subject to seat availability. The value of your postponed ticket remains valid for 360 days from the purchase date.
Yes, as long as you request it before the bus departs and within your fare type's deadline (in general up to 6 hours before; promotional fares may be non-refundable).
A cancellation penalty based on your fare is deducted from the amount paid. The exact breakdown is shown to you before you confirm the cancellation.
The fares and penalties applicable to your ticket appear in the conditions you accepted at purchase; you can also review them in the Terms and Conditions.
Just two things:
For safety reasons and by industry regulation, boarding is not allowed for unidentified passengers or for those whose document does not match the ticket.
Each passenger may bring at no additional cost:
When you check your luggage into the hold you will receive a claim tag: keep it, it is your receipt for picking it up at your destination.
Minors must travel accompanied by their parents or by a responsible adult. If they travel with only one parent or with a third party, Peruvian law requires a notarized (or court-issued) travel authorization where applicable.
The company may deny boarding if the minor's documentation is incomplete. If in doubt, ask us before your travel day.
