What to bring on your travel day, where to board, and what to expect on board.
Just two things:
For safety reasons and by industry regulation, boarding is not allowed for unidentified passengers or for those whose document does not match the ticket.
We recommend arriving at least 45 minutes before departure (60 on holidays and during high season). Boarding usually closes 10 minutes before the scheduled time and the bus departs on time, with a maximum tolerance of 5 minutes.
Allow time for checking your luggage into the hold and for the terminal's security checks.
The boarding point appears on your ticket (and in the confirmation email) with its exact address. You can also check the Terminals section of this website, where you will find photos, landmarks, and a map for each location.
If your trip includes an intermediate boarding point, it will be clearly indicated on the ticket.
No. Your e-ticket with its QR code shown from your phone is enough to board.
Tip: download the PDF or take a screenshot in case you run out of signal or battery at the terminal.
The ticket is valid only for the service and departure time purchased. If you miss your bus, approach our staff at the terminal: subject to availability, they may be able to relocate you on the next service upon payment of the applicable fare or penalty.
It is not an automatic right: it depends on seat availability on the next service.
It depends on the type of service you choose. When selecting your departure time you will see the details: seat type (140°, 160°, or 180° recline), air conditioning, restroom, onboard entertainment, power outlets, or snacks, among others.
The amenities shown correspond to the scheduled service; in operational contingencies the vehicle may be replaced by another of an equivalent category.
Direct services stop only at the authorized points listed in the itinerary. You can see your trip's stopovers in the service details before buying.
For safety reasons, buses do not pick up or drop off passengers at unauthorized points.
