These Terms and Conditions govern the use of this ground transportation ticket sales platform and the contract of carriage you enter into when buying a ticket. The legal name, RUC (tax ID), and registered address of the owning company (hereinafter, 'the Company') appear in the footer of this site and on the payment receipts we issue.
By using this site or buying a ticket, you declare that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these terms, together with the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the platform.
This translation is provided as a courtesy. In case of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails and is the legally binding text.
1. Purpose and acceptance
The platform allows you to search itineraries, select seats, and buy tickets for the passenger ground transportation services operated by the Company, as well as manage the tickets purchased. Buying a ticket through this site constitutes the execution of a contract of carriage between the passenger and the Company, subject to these terms and to applicable Peruvian law, in particular the National Transportation Administration Regulation (D.S. 017-2009-MTC) and the Consumer Protection and Defense Code (Ley N° 29571).
The Company may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page, with its last-updated date. Changes do not affect purchases made previously.
2. Definitions
- User or buyer: the person who uses the platform and makes the purchase; they may or may not be the one traveling.
- Passenger: the person identified on the ticket who will use the transportation service.
- Ticket or e-ticket: the electronic record of the contract of carriage, containing the trip and passenger details and a boarding QR code.
- Regular fare: the standard fare for the service, subject to the general change and refund conditions in this document.
- Promotional fare: a discounted fare subject to specific conditions disclosed before purchase.
- Service: a scheduled trip on a given route, date, departure time, and bus type.
3. Registration and user account
You can buy as a guest or with a registered account. To create an account you must be of legal age, provide truthful information, and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity carried out from your account.
The Company may suspend accounts in the event of fraudulent use, identity impersonation, or breach of these terms. You may request the deletion of your account in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
4. Purchase process
A purchase is made by selecting a route, date, service, and seats, and entering each passenger's details (names and identity document). The selected seats are held temporarily during the purchase session; if payment is not completed within that time, they are released automatically.
It is the user's responsibility to verify the ticket details at the time of issuance (names, document, date, departure time, origin, destination, and seat). Typing errors not attributable to the Company are corrected as set out in the changes section.
The ticket is sent to the email address registered at purchase and remains available in the user's account where applicable. There is no need to print it in order to board.
5. Prices and payment methods
All prices are expressed in soles (S/) and include the taxes required by law. The final price of the transaction is shown before payment is confirmed; we do not apply hidden charges.
The available payment methods are shown during the purchase process and may include debit and credit cards, digital wallets (such as Yape), QR code payments, and cash at authorized offices. Card and wallet payments are processed by certified payment gateways; the Company does not store full card details on its servers.
A purchase is considered completed only when the gateway confirms the payment and the platform issues the corresponding ticket.
6. Payment receipts
For every purchase, the corresponding electronic receipt is issued in accordance with SUNAT regulations (a sales receipt (boleta) or invoice (factura), and/or an electronic travel ticket), and is sent to the registered email.
If you require an invoice, you must enter the RUC and company name during the purchase process, before paying. The receipt type cannot be changed after issuance, except in the cases provided for by tax regulations.
7. Changes and postponement
In accordance with article 66.7 of Ley N° 29571, every passenger has the right to postpone their trip under the same agreed conditions by requesting it no less than twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled date and time, bearing only the issuance costs of the new ticket and, where applicable, the fare difference if the new date has a higher price.
Additionally, the Company allows changes requested with less than 24 hours' notice and up to six (6) hours before departure, applying the conditions and penalties of the fare type purchased, which are always disclosed before the transaction is confirmed.
All changes are subject to seat availability on the desired service. The value of a postponed ticket remains valid for three hundred sixty (360) calendar days from the purchase date.
You can manage your changes online from your account, at our offices, or through our support channels.
8. Endorsement (ticket transfer)
The passenger may endorse their ticket to a fully identified third party, for the same service, by requesting it no less than twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled departure and bearing only the issuance costs of the new ticket, in accordance with Ley N° 29571.
The endorsement requires the new passenger's full details (names and identity document). The original ticket becomes void and the new passenger must identify themselves at boarding with the registered document.
9. Cancellations and refunds
You may request the cancellation of your ticket and a refund of the amount paid no less than twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled departure. The administrative fee or penalty of the fare type purchased, disclosed before the cancellation is confirmed, is applied to the amount. Promotional fares may carry special refund conditions, disclosed before purchase; in no case is the right to postponement or endorsement recognized by law restricted.
The refund is processed to the same payment method used. The time for the credit to appear depends on the issuer: digital wallets, between 1 and 3 business days; cards, according to the issuing bank's timelines (as a reference, between 7 and 15 business days).
Failure to show up for boarding (no-show) renders the ticket void with no right to a refund, without prejudice to the rights the law grants the consumer.
If the Company cancels the service, or the service is not provided for a cause attributable to the Company, the passenger chooses between rescheduling at no cost or a refund of one hundred percent (100%) of the amount paid.
10. Boarding and passenger obligations
The passenger must arrive at the boarding point indicated on their ticket with a recommended minimum of 45 minutes in advance. Boarding closes minutes before the scheduled departure and the bus departs punctually, with a maximum reference tolerance of five (5) minutes.
To board, it is mandatory to present a physical, valid identity document — DNI (the Peruvian national ID), foreign resident card, or passport — matching the details on the ticket. This requirement supports the passenger manifest required by transportation regulations (D.S. 017-2009-MTC); unidentified persons are not allowed to board.
During the trip, the passenger must behave respectfully, wear the seat belt, and follow the crew's instructions. The Company may deny boarding or order the removal of anyone who endangers the safety of the service, is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or commits unlawful acts, with no right to a refund; if necessary, the person will be handed over to the nearest police authority.
If the passenger's health condition is not compatible with the trip, the Company may condition boarding on the presentation of a medical fitness certificate, the signing of a sworn statement assuming responsibility, or the accompaniment of a responsible adult, as applicable. If the trip is not possible, the ticket may be postponed as described in the changes section.
Passengers board and alight only at terminals and en-route stops authorized by the transport authority. Buses do not pick up or drop off passengers at unauthorized points.
11. Travel by minors
The transportation of minors is governed by the Code of Children and Adolescents (Ley N° 27337, in particular articles 111 and 112 on travel authorizations) and industry regulations:
- Minor accompanied by both parents: the minor's DNI (or birth certificate) is required.
- Minor accompanied by only one parent: the minor's DNI; for certain routes, the other parent's authorization may be required as provided by law.
- Minor traveling alone or with a third party: a notarized travel authorization (or one issued by the competent court), valid for ninety (90) days and for a single use, in addition to the minor's DNI.
- Children under five (5) may travel on their responsible adult's lap without occupying a seat, at no cost; if they occupy a seat, they need their own ticket.
The Company is required to verify the minor's and their companion's documentation before the sale and before boarding, and to record them on the passenger manifest. Boarding will not be possible without complete documentation.
12. Luggage
Each passenger is entitled, at no additional cost, to transport:
- One (1) piece of hold luggage of up to twenty (20) kilograms, properly labeled.
- One (1) carry-on of up to five (5) kilograms, with approximate dimensions of 45 × 30 × 20 cm, which must be placed in the cabin's overhead rack.
Only goods, new or used, for the passenger's personal use or consumption, consistent with the purpose and duration of the trip, qualify as luggage. Items whose quantity, nature, or packaging suggest a commercial or industrial purpose are transported as a parcel or cargo, under the conditions of that service.
Hold luggage check-in closes approximately ten (10) minutes before departure. Luggage presented after that cutoff may be transported on a later departure, subject to hold availability. Hold luggage is checked in against a claim tag; keep it for pickup at destination, which must take place upon alighting. Excess luggage is transported subject to available space and payment of the corresponding fee.
It is the passenger's responsibility to hand over their items properly labeled and packed according to their nature (boxed, baled, or in containers where appropriate). The Company may refuse poorly packed items or items that could affect other luggage or disturb the trip, and is not liable for losses or damage resulting from inadequate packing.
Money, jewelry, electronic equipment, medicines, fragile goods, and other valuables must be carried in the carry-on luggage, in the passenger's custody. The Company is not responsible for undeclared valuables transported in the hold, nor for belongings left in the vehicle upon alighting.
In the event of loss, deterioration, or theft of hold luggage attributable to the Company, the passenger is entitled to the restitution provided for in article 76.2.12 of D.S. 017-2009-MTC, calculated according to the registered weight of the luggage:
- From 1 to 5 kg: 25% of the ticket price multiplied by 5.
- From 6 to 10 kg: 25% of the ticket price multiplied by 10.
- From 11 to 15 kg: 25% of the ticket price multiplied by 15.
- From 16 to 20 kg: 25% of the ticket price multiplied by 20.
For undeclared hold luggage or parcels, compensation for loss is set at ten (10) times the freight charge paid, in accordance with the regulations applicable to the transportation of goods.
13. Prohibited items and conduct
It is prohibited to transport, in any type of luggage:
- Flammable, explosive, corrosive, or poisonous materials (including gas cylinders and fireworks).
- Firearms and bladed weapons. Passengers holding a valid SUCAMEC license must report it before boarding: the weapon is transported unloaded and packed, following the crew's instructions.
- Drugs and illegal-trade substances.
- Live animals, except pets transported under the conditions of the service and duly accredited guide dogs.
- Perishable goods without proper packaging, or goods whose transport is restricted by regulation.
Luggage may be subject to security checks. If prohibited items are detected, they will not be transported and, where applicable, the competent authorities are notified.
14. Liability and insurance
Passengers travel covered by the mandatory insurance required by current regulations (SOAT or CAT, depending on the scope of the service). Policy information can be requested through our support channels.
The Company is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by force majeure, fortuitous events, or acts of third parties (mudslides, landslides, snowfall, road blockades, demonstrations, orders from the competent authority, or other events beyond its control). In such cases it will endeavor to reschedule the service or provide reasonable alternatives.
If such an event interrupts a trip already underway, the Company will endeavor to continue the service from the point of the incident, with the same vehicle or by transfer to another one, its own or a third party's. If the service cannot be completed, the passenger is refunded the proportional amount of the untraveled leg; if the passenger voluntarily chooses not to continue even though the service resumes, no refund applies.
Onboard amenities other than the transportation itself (connectivity, entertainment, and the like) are complementary, and their unavailability does not give rise to a right to a refund. Nor does the Company guarantee uninterrupted availability of the web platform, nor is it responsible for connectivity failures of the user or of third parties (internet providers or payment gateways) beyond its control, without prejudice to its obligations regarding purchases already made.
15. Intellectual property
The brand, content, design, and software of this platform are protected by intellectual property law and are owned by the Company or its licensors.
Their unauthorized reproduction is prohibited, as are the systematic extraction of data from the site (scraping), the use of robots or automated bulk-query mechanisms, and any use other than the legitimate purchase and management of tickets.
16. Personal data protection
The processing of users' and passengers' personal data is governed by Ley N° 29733 — the Personal Data Protection Law — its Regulation (D.S. 016-2024-JUS), and our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
Sending commercial communications requires your express consent, which you may revoke at any time; every communication includes an opt-out mechanism, in accordance with Ley N° 28493.
17. Complaints Book, governing law, and jurisdiction
We make our virtual Complaints Book (Libro de Reclamaciones) available to you, in accordance with the Consumer Protection and Defense Code and D.S. 011-2011-PCM as amended. Complaints are answered within a non-extendable maximum of fifteen (15) business days.
These terms are governed by Peruvian law. Any dispute is submitted to the competent judges and courts of the Republic of Peru, without prejudice to the consumer's right to file a claim before INDECOPI, which cannot be waived or restricted.
