Available payment methods, the security of your purchase, and electronic receipts (boletas) or invoices (facturas).
You can pay online with:
The availability of each method is shown at the time of payment.
Choose Yape as your payment method at checkout. We will show you a QR code (or an approval code) so you can complete the payment from your app.
Confirmation happens online: as soon as Yape approves the transaction, we issue your ticket and email it to you. If the payment does not go through, the seats are released and you can try again.
Yes. Payments are processed through certified gateways that comply with the international PCI DSS standard, and all communication travels encrypted (HTTPS/TLS).
We never store your full card details on our servers: sensitive information is handled directly by the bank's payment gateway.
Yes. For every purchase we issue an electronic receipt that is valid with SUNAT: a sales receipt (boleta) in your name, or an invoice (factura) if you buy with a RUC (business tax ID).
Choose the receipt type during checkout. An invoice requires entering the RUC and company name at that moment; the receipt arrives together with your ticket at the registered email.
Declines almost always come from the issuing bank. Check that your card has funds or available credit, that it is enabled for online purchases, and that the details you entered are correct.
If the problem persists, try another card or another method (for example, Yape), or contact your bank. The selected seats are released if the purchase is not completed.
First check your email (including spam) and the "My trips" section if you have an account. Most cases are resolved there: the ticket is issued seconds after the charge.
If the charge shows up at your bank and you still have no ticket after 30 minutes, contact us with your card number (last 4 digits only), the amount, and the time of the payment. We will verify the transaction and either issue your ticket or process a full refund.
All prices are shown and charged in soles (S/). If you pay with a foreign card, your bank will apply its own exchange rate and may add international transaction fees.
Payment on the platform is made in a single transaction. If your credit card allows it, you can ask your bank to split the charge into installments after the purchase; terms and fees depend on each bank.
