Yes. If you request it 24 hours in advance or more, you can postpone your trip under the same conditions, paying only the issuance cost of the new ticket (it is your right as a consumer, Ley N° 29571). If the new date has a higher fare, you pay the difference; if it costs less, the difference is not refunded.
With less than 24 hours' notice you can still make changes, up to 6 hours before departure, subject to the conditions and penalties of your fare type.
All changes are subject to seat availability. The value of your postponed ticket remains valid for 360 days from the purchase date.
With 24 hours' notice or more, you only pay the issuance cost of the new ticket (plus the fare difference, if any). With less than 24 hours, the cost depends on your fare type: promotional fares usually carry more restrictive conditions, while flexible fares carry lower penalties or none at all.

Yes. An endorsement (transfer) allows another person to travel in your place on the same service. Under Peruvian transport regulations, you can request it up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure.
We need the new passenger's full details (names and identity document). The new ticket is issued in their name and the original one becomes void.
A route change is handled as a postponement: availability on the new service is checked and the fare difference plus the penalty for your fare type is calculated.

An open ticket lets you buy today and decide the date later: you pay for your trip without setting a day or time, and redeem it once you have your date set, subject to availability.
To redeem it, contact us or visit an office with your identity document. Remember to redeem it within its validity period, indicated at the time of purchase.
